He integrates his work experience with his passions, strengths and skills in inspiring and developing people.
During his corporate life, he was the recipient of the Regional People Management award for his people management skills. He holds a certificate in Strategic HR Transformation and Organizational Development from Pennsylvania State University, USA and a Masters degree in Training and Human Resource Management from University of Leicester, UK. He is a certified Master Performance Coach and holds several certifications in training.
Among the certifications that he has obtained are Certified Master Performance Coach, Competency Based Training and Education – Programme Developer, Hermann Brain Dominance Accreditation Workshop, Effective Interview Excellence, 360 degree feedback, Corporate Story Telling and Interview Excellence Program. He is also a certified facilitator for the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and The Quality Advantage.
He uses experiential learning in his training courses and engages his participants in the learning process by combining both the intellectual and emotional side of learning.
